The name comes from the Kuroshio Current in the Pacific, and the grill cooks over Japanese binchotan charcoal; the menu draws on Asian flavors and techniques with Gulf seafood and local produce, with dishes like banana-leaf-wrapped redfish and Peking-style roast duck. Suzanne Humphries Evans designed the room.
