J Wings, in the CrossPlex Village strip near the Birmingham CrossPlex, serves wings in more than 30 flavors, including citrus chipotle, kickin' bourbon and spicy peach, plus burgers, Philly cheesesteaks and seafood, according to Bham Now. Bham Now's April 2025 wing guide gave hours of Monday to Saturday 11 AM to 10 PM, and the Birmingham Times named J Wings among the neighbors of a new Jack's in December 2025.
